I am a LOVER of food. The process of cooking, from the idea to the plate, is thrilling to me. This Valentines Day I made a picnic lunch in pink and red gift bags for a friend and I. The menu included turkey avocado wraps, on spinach tortillas, with spicy brown mustard. Along with the wraps I got colorful Jones sodas, and my favorite snack, Pirate booty. For dessert I made red velvet truffles, along with chocolate and toffee covered strawberries. My friend Shane is a huge fan of my cooking, although his waning six pack may not be. anyway, He told me that I should use my love of food to create for other people. So, here it is!!
